independent schools volunteer spring intensive, nursery school - kindergarten

in this acrylic painting class for ages 3–6, children will explore their emotions through color, movement, and creative expression. we will talk about different feelings like happy, sad, excited, or calm and notice how those emotions move through our Bodies. using paint, brushes, and playful mark-making, children will learn how to turn those feelings into art. the Focus is on creative exploration, helping young children effectively express the full range of their emotions in a joyful and supportive space.
