I paint with children and for the inner child.

That same artistic sensibility informs my work as an executive leader and storyteller. I help people make sense of complexity—whether navigating enterprise transformation, emerging technologies, or organizational change.

I see the common goals beneath conflicting incentives and build bridges between them. Because if we can't connect the work to the human outcome, we've lost the heart of it. And when we lose the heart, we lose the point of it all.
